Richard has over 30 years of experience within the construction industry working with several large organisations such as Premdor, SIG Group, Rockwool UK and Jewson, holding a variety of positions from Specification Manager to Sales Manager, He brings with him a vast knowledge of the building process along with an understanding of his customers’ needs and a desire to supply his customers with what they want, when they want it.
Caroline has been with JDT since 1991 carrying out numerous roles including administration, sales and purchasing. Caroline has a wealth of knowledge within this area, she also understands our customers’ requirements and goes out of her way to ensure they are met.
After leaving the army, Chris spent many years in the haulage industry. He joined JDT in 2003 as Warehouse and Transport manager and is an invaluable asset to the business as he not only understands our customers’ needs, but he maintains stock at a level where our customers are supplied with what they want, when they want it. Chris also has a vast technical knowledge and is happy to pass this on to all our customers and site agents.
Dan joined JDT in 2012, where he works alongside Chris maintaining the stock and delivering to our customers in the local area. Dan also has a wealth of technical knowledge about the products he delivers and understands the needs to store, handle and deliver them correctly.
Bob joined JDT after spending 45 years working for Jewson’s in a variety of positions with the last 22 years as Branch Manager of a large Norfolk branch. Not only is Bob passionate about the industry, he cares greatly about our customers’ needs. Bob is also a fountain of knowledge regarding all aspects of the building process.
Whilst Phil is our newest member of staff, he probably is the most experienced of the team with over 50 years in the joinery/construction industry. Phil was, for many years, the MD of the largest independent timber & building materials merchant in the country, with a wealth of knowledge of supply and demand, the importance of understanding not only our customers’ needs, but how best to satisfy them.
